Overview

Bears Make Bank! Power Combo is a five-reel, 40-line slot Microgaming released on 13 August 2025, tagged Animals, Crime and Money. Until Luck of the Devil: POWER COMBO arrived on 28 January 2026, it was the most recently released Power Combo title.

Four fields are published: the 96.15% RTP, Medium-high volatility, the format and the release date. Max win and bet range are empty. Luck of the Devil, another five-reel, 40-line Power Combo game, does publish 0.20 to 20.00, but nothing shows that range applies here, so this review leaves it as not published.

Layout and rules

The format reads '5 reels · 40 Lines'. Eight MG slots in the catalogue use that entry, five of them from the Power Combo line. Everything past the reel and line counts — the symbol set, special features, and whatever mechanism the Power Combo name refers to — is absent from the spec sheet.

Disclosure across the Power Combo line is thin in general: none of the 11 entries lists a max win, and just two list a bet range. Within the series, this game's blanks are closer to the norm than the exception.

Reading the Medium-high grade

The 142 MG slots break down by grade as Low 9, Medium 31, Medium-high 6, High 59 and Very high 37. Medium-high is the second-smallest group, and among the 11 Power Combo entries this is the only one in it; the rest are eight High and two Medium.

Of the eight five-reel, 40-line titles, two are Medium-high: this game and Andvari the Golden Fish. Andvari came out about a month earlier, on 16 July 2025, with a 96.24% RTP — 0.09 points higher. Same format, same grade, similar timing: on published fields alone it is a closer match to this game than any of its Power Combo siblings.

A 96.15% RTP is 0.03 points above the studio median, yet the lowest of the five 40-line Power Combo titles (the others: 96.20%, 96.20%, 96.40%, 96.49%). Differences in the second decimal place only mean something over long-run calculation; they don't surface in a few minutes at the screen.

Presentation

The cover gathers three masked bears in front of a vault door. A red bear in the middle, teeth bared in a grin, takes up most of the frame; a blue bear leaps in from the left and a purple one stands on the right. The logo pairs blue-and-yellow BEARS MAKE BANK! lettering with bundles of banknotes, with a POWER COMBO tag underneath.

Each bear has its own colour, so the three never blur together even at small sizes. A demo is available, which means the bet steps, the cap and how the Power Combo feature behaves — none of which the spec sheet states — can be checked on screen.

Strengths

  • The only Medium-high grade in the Power Combo line, so its spec stands apart
  • A published 96.15% RTP, slightly above the studio median
  • The demo covers the unpublished fields

Weak points

  • Max win is not published
  • Bet range is not published
  • Lowest RTP of the five 40-line Power Combo titles

Verdict

What sets Bears Make Bank! Power Combo apart within its series is a single field: the Medium-high grade. The blank bet range and cap should be checked on the demo's information screen, not borrowed from a sibling title.
