Overview
Joker Loko's Multiplier Trail is a slot Microgaming released on 24 September 2025, carrying a single theme tag: Joker. 12 Skulls of the Dead arrived the same day, but where that game fills all five spec fields, this one leaves two empty.
What's published is the 96.13% RTP, High volatility, the five-reel, 25-line format and the release date. Max win and bet range are missing, and this review does not substitute values from the same-day release or from games sharing the format.
Layout and rules
All the format field gives is the five-reel, 25-line frame. 'Multiplier Trail' is in the title, but rules such as what path the multiplier builds along or when it resets appear nowhere in the catalogue. A title is a name, not a rulebook, so no behaviour is inferred from it.
Two other MG slots have a joker in the name: Fire and Diamond Joker and Fire and Diamond Jingle Joker. Both are five-reel, 720-ways games graded Very high, with no published RTP. They share the character word, but neither the format, the grade nor the published fields overlap with this game.

The six 25-line titles
The MG catalogue has six titles in the '5 reels · 25 Lines' format. Ranked by published RTP: Dragon's Loot Link&Win 4Tune at 96.24%, this game at 96.13%, Bonny's Treasures at 96.09%, Star Stash Wild 7's and Sienna Steele at 96.01% each, and Knights Shield Link&Win 4Tune at 92.24%. That puts this one second.
Four of the six, this game included, are graded High; Star Stash Wild 7's and Sienna Steele are Medium. None of the six lists a max win, and only Knights Shield Link&Win 4Tune lists a bet range (0.25 to 250.00). With the whole format group leaving the cap blank, it's hard to call that a flaw specific to this game.
Across the studio, 96.13% all but coincides with the 96.12% median; 42 of the 90 titles with a published RTP list a higher one. Being near the median describes a position in the catalogue, nothing more — and the value itself is a theoretical figure built on long-run repetition, so it doesn't explain what a short session produces.
Presentation
The cover is simple: on a vivid orange ground, a joker in a belled jester's hat grins widely, a pink ruff around his neck. Translucent blue, red and orange orbs float around him, and MULTIPLIER TRAIL sits on a purple ribbon beneath gold JOKER LOKO'S lettering.
With every line of the composition leading to one face, it stays recognisable even as a small thumbnail. A demo is available, so how the multiplier trail named in the title actually behaves, and what the bet steps are, can be checked on screen.
Strengths
- A published 96.13% RTP, almost exactly the studio median
- Second-highest RTP of the six 25-line MG slots
- The demo shows the title feature in action
Weak points
- Max win is not published
- Bet range is not published
- The catalogue has no rules for 'Multiplier Trail'
Verdict
Joker Loko's Multiplier Trail publishes little beyond RTP, grade and format, but that RTP sits mid-to-upper both within the 25-line group and across the studio. The multiplier trail in its title, and the blank bet range and cap, are best confirmed in the demo.
