Reading the numbers
Published figures: RTP 96.24%, Very high volatility, a 10,000x cap. Against Whale Rush from the same day (96.04%, Very high, 10,000x), grade and cap match and the RTP is 0.20 points higher. Two titles with completely different feature sets shipping at the same grade and cap shows how hard it is to guess volatility from a feature list.
Four features doesn't mean results come more often or run bigger. Features add routes by which results are made; how often and how large each route pays is set by an unpublished maths model. What the spec sheet lets you read is the 'Very high' grade — a summary that results spread widely — and no further.
The 0.30 to 60.00 range is only how much can be staked per spin; it is separate from the game's maths. The 10,000x cap multiplies the stake, so a wider bet range leaves the multiplier ceiling unchanged.
